Your Agreement with Ralipo

Our Terms of Service outline the rules and guidelines for the use of Ralipo. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using our service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ralipo, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Ralipo is a feedback platform that allows users to provide feedback, comments, and suggestions for various purposes.

3. User Registration

We use the information we collect to:

  • To access certain features, you may be required to register an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Communicate with you, including sending emails about our Service.

4. User Conduct

  • You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful or prohibited purposes.
  • You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

5. Privacy Policy

Your use of Ralipo is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data collection practices.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Ralipo and its content are protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.

7. Billing

Ralipo provides its Services as a Software-as-a-Service model with recurring payments. You may choose between monthly or yearly payments. By the Account activation date of each month, Ralipo shall either:

  • Debit the client's credit card (when such information has been provided by the client); or
  • Deliver, by email or regular mail, an invoice in accordance with the applicable Service Fees for Services rendered for the current month or current year. When an invoice is delivered to the client, payment shall be remitted to Ralipo by no later than the specified payment due date.

Ralipo shall be entitled to immediately terminate this agreement for client's failure to make timely payments. You will be provided with an invoice on a monthly or yearly basis. Credit cards are billed automatically on a monthly or yearly basis. The client is responsible for ensuring that they have sufficient funds to cover the Subscription fees. In the event of a rejected charge, Ralipo will send an email notification and the client is expected to update their credit card details within 24 hours. Failure of the client to respond within 24 hours will result in the suspension of the client’s Ralipo Account.

We utilize Chargebee and Stripe for billing and credit card payments. (Stripe is PCI compliant). We do not store any credit card information on our servers.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform for any reason, without notice.

9. Disclaimers

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any content on the platform.
  • Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid, if any, for the use of the platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting.
